SENATE BILL 205



Business Licenses and Stormwater Discharges



Senate Bill 205 went into effect on January 1, 2020 and requires any individual applying to a city or county for a new or renewed business license to show they are compliant with a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
